Designed as part of your individualized training program, this class allows your coach to assess, adapt and enhance your training with in person cueing that is invaluable for maximal progression. We can cover anything from hypertrophy based training, maximal strength, muscular endurance, power, speed and energy system developed all based on your current needs and availability.
