Mat pilates is a mind, body and spirit practice that has multiple benefits for the individual including improved balance, strength, focus, coordination and body awareness. Each class will include a variety of props that will either challenge or assist  the client and add variety to each class. Mat work is a great option for all levels of clients as each exercise can not only be modified but they can also be built in difficulty.

Mat Reformer Circuit

Love both of our mat and reformer classes? The mat and reformer circuit involves a combination of both classes, consisting of a 25 minute reformer session and a 25 minute mat session so that you can combine the benefits of both classes into one! This class will enhance strength, stability, flexibility, coordination and include modifications and progressions to make it suitable for all levels of experience. We recommend that you have attended a minimum of 3 beginner reformer classes before attending this class.
