Reformer Pilates

Reformer pilates is a low-impact, mind-body discipline using equipment that allows for a dynamic and supported workout. As the pilates reformer uses resistance springs, it can be used to intensify exercises (by increasing resistance) or ease exercises (by providing support through resistance.) All of the exercises can be progressed or regressed to the individual being taught, thus enabling each client to get the most out of their reformer class. This means that reformer classes are suitable for everybody! 

Beginner Reformer

Our beginners classes are made for those who are new to reformer pilates. The beginners classes focus on a full body workout that enhances strength, flexibility and stability at a lower intensity than our other classes. Clients will learn about the reformer machine and how to effectively activate the correct muscles to get the most out of their pilates class. Clients are recommended to attend a minimum of 3 beginners classes before progressing to the next level.

Mixed Level Reformer

Mixed level classes are designed for those who have grasped the basic principles of pilates and are looking to take their pilates workout to the next level. The class will give you a full body workout that enhances strength, flexibility and stability whilst focusing on perfecting your pilates technique. This class is suitable for those who have taken part in pilates previously and are looking for a more challenging workout, whilst still including modifications when necessary.
