A low intensity workout that is still guaranteed to make you sweat! Our hot pilates classes use the traditional mind-body principles of mat pilates in a heated room using infrared heaters. The infrared heaters used to heat our mat room recreate the feeling of sun rays on your skin and are capable of filtering through the body to raise your core temperature without the humidity of more traditional heating systems. These classes combine all of the benefits from a mat pilates class but involve a greater cardiovascular challenge, greater focus on breathe and a greater level of flexibility as the heat allows the muscles to relax giving you a deeper stretch that will reduce muscle tension.
